Registration Fee

The registration fee for delegates includes all conference sessions, a conference kit, daily coffee breaks, lunches and dinners, a welcome reception, a conference banquet, a sightseeing local tour and a harbour cruise with seafood dinner. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes all except conference sessions and a conference kit.

All registration payments should be made by Sept 30, 2009. Registration will not be processed without payment. Receipts of conference registration fees will be distributed to participants at the conference.

Payment Method

Payment by Bankdrafts or Cheques

All bankdrafts and cheques should be made payable to "The Hong Kong Polytechnic University" and mailed to the HTHSSM Conference Secretary. For payment made in foreign currency, the amount will be converted to Hong Kong dollars before depositing into the University's bank account. The official receipt will show the Hong Kong dollar currency amount instead of the foreign currency amount.

Payment by Online Credit Card Payment System

Online credit card payment can be made via PolyU Online Credit Card Payment System. The payer can search for this conference by the event name "HTHSSM 2009" and then proceed to pay by following online instruction. After successful transaction, please provide the information including the invoice number generated by the credit card payment system on the Online Credit Card Payment Notification Form (PART VI of the Registration Form), such that our Finance Office can recognize the source of payment and issue receipts to the payer.

Payment by Credit Card Mail Order

The applicant should fill in and sign the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form (PART VII of the Registration Form) and forward to the HTHSSM Conference Secretary for follow up. All credit card payment transactions should be in Hong Kong dollar currency.

Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

T/T payment should include all bank charges (which should be debited from the applicant's account) and can be arranged with the following details:
